GRAND BASSAM - 1994
F.S.C.O’s humanitarian work modestly began in 1994 at the prison of Grand Bassam, Ivory
Coast. This first effort consisted in supplying one ton of rice for the 220 men & women at the prison. The
prison system in Ivory Coast, typically only provides 1 meal a day to the inmates. Family and friends are
allowed to bring food into the prisons for their loved ones.
